Focus is going to be on magic and standard and how its moving away from caw-blade…


Ok, instead of swords carried by Caw units, batterskull is being summoned to gain life and not lose the game and therefore winning the game in the long run.  Suprise…nothing in caw-blade has actually changed…

Next we have Deciever

Tada its the new combo for standard…along with splinter twin…although everyone knows that…There seems to be issues with its consistancy because of the fact you NEED the two cards in your hand and your opponent has to ‘fall into the trap’ of deceiver exarch.  The good thing about deceiver exarch itself is that it can tap down that blue mana your opponent has for the spell pierce they are thinking they are going to play to counter your splinter twin…

Meh to me this deck seems like another ‘Jace’ deck…i mean

There are two different types of decks in standard…Jace decks and non-jace decks.  Either you play jace, tms or you better have a deck that BEATS jace, tms decks.

So what else did NPH do to standard?  Did it ‘change’ the way that standard is now?  Well not really…maybe people just cant find the way to ‘change’ standard.

This card was suppose to revolutionalise it…in a sense…maybe people are not playing enough of this card to balance out the effect of Jace.  Sure this card sucks as a top deck…but people are playing 4 inquisitions still…

This guy was released, (liberated) and he isnt doing much in standard…Sad face…

Ok where the heck is this card?  Its a destroy target permanent…where is it?

Maybe i should try to build elves up again. it seems like an ok idea along with the green praetor…

Wait… what is Zeitgeist stuff doing on a blog that talks about figma, warhammer 40,000, magic the gathering and some gunpla???? Well I think it is important for human to change that the way that we are living right now, I know it seems impossible, don’t be fooled by what is showing on the TV (well anime is fine, but news not so good for you), it might sound weird the the news is now a bunch of people who are controlled by the government for what they should broadcast. But that’s not really my point, I want to point out that we need to change, in order to continue survive as a specie. Just check out the link below to see what I’m talking about, the video is almost 3 hours long, but just watch, I’m sure it will change your mind on the world right now.

Launching

So there isnt really a need to try and blog anymore about the spoiler…i think everyone has a good idea on how to build their caw-blades for standard.

Anyway Caw-blade is dominating anything and everything…from the looks top down from this set, either a new deck has to be built that will trounce caw-blade or caw blade is going to be stay exactly where it is…

Yes this blog is also called update, there has been not much action on this website due to me being busy with actual uni work…sigh…stupid javascript…at least i know how to javascript.  Good to see though that my anime list is stay stable as it is.
Tada its a large archenemy card.

Denpa onna, seishun otoko is actually getting better with the second episode…i now actually understand her a little more. and the plot is developing nicely.

Ohana doing the creep…yes this show is very awesome, i dont even remember an episode where it isnt, the plot develops and leads onto each episode.  The good thing is that it doesnt hang too badly.

Finally we have…okie bad scene.  It seems that this anime is not developing the ‘romance’ as much as i thought it would be, most of the scene are comedic for now.

Oh yes im also playing LOL.

Ok that episode was purely awesome, it was REALLY nice that they did air both of the episodes at the same time, rather than break it over another week. Since the delay for it was already long enough. Thumbs all the way up for this series, would recomend this to anyone anytime. Shaft have REALLY outdone themselves this time, and im very pleased with this, now onto more episodes of this series…it seems that shaft want to do some sort of omake of it, a sidestory if you will. The ending itself was done nicely.

Hmm its shana with guns…in short…I suppose the main character has a special skill…but it seems all the same at the moment, should be interesting to watch i guess, on a sidedish along with everything else. Hmm well its done by J.C.Staff so i should at least give it a little more credit…but its seems a little ‘out there’ at the moment. Maybe it’ll be better with time.

My Thoughts:

Bloody brilliant first episode, as seen from the pv, its something worth watching this season, the first episode does a decent amount of explanation, but not everything which is good enough. The entire episode was very interesting, you just have to watch it yourself to understand. On anime list this season, might not be the best but it is certainly good.

Should be good, takes out everything, and gives them a 3/3…i doubt the downside is that bad.

Tada its a blade creature…oh wow…its part of the golem cycle…thats actually a good card for power

Hmm…ok this stops the turn one cards…not exactly game breaking…

Ok this card just made UB infect really good…i think it also pushes poison up a lot.

Oh they are making a ton of these do x and proliferate cards…3 mana draw 2 cards…sounds good…including the proliferate…

Wow it a black removal spell, thats sort of like malakir gatekeeper…

Yes a black destroy all creatures spell…but its 6 mana, but it does rip cards out of their deck so GRUSOME ENCORE can be used, on them.

Eh meh…

Elf infect dude…for a single mana?

Anti infect card…ok…the flavour is nice,  mana cost is good….but thats about it…guess they made this card as the silver bullet to infect decks breaking standard…

Nyom nyom nyom goes the voice of hunger.  Hmm so you can double your mana base on your side, and mana screw your opponent…sounds mythic enough.

Its gold, its multicolour, it…has first strike which is good…the metalcraft is a bonus though…i suppose its a good rare.

Wow snap…turn 3 at best?  bloody tough myr though, 5/6 turn 3 with no draw-back except dodgy casting cost is relatively good.

Ehe this is fun in edh, and will be back breaking in limited if used correctly, although infect is all over the place…it might not be worth it…

Why does this card seem good…and yet…not good…and then good again…i think still its a coin flip…it kinda like does what duress and inquisition cannot..

Yeah its a bloody free counter spell…that only works on things with converted mana cost of 1…dont think its going to be hitting standard unless there is the mono black duress/inquisition/despise deck…seems dodgy in limited…there usually isnt a time when a normal counter spell cant do the job better…

Dun dun dun dun, its a battling ram thing…vigilance and lifelink in standard should show worthy,  infect isnt exactly ‘taking over’ standard at the moment, and this +4/+4 germ should be able to stop that easily…it is 5 mana though, but it has a safety trigger of bouncing it to owner’s hand.

Dun…ok this is awkward…it shuts down titans…shuts down ‘enters the battlefield triggers’…shuts down…ok thats all i can think of…

Oh we finally get to see Jin-Gitaxias, oh god how the heck would i remember how to spell his name…
Ability sure is insane…mana cost is 10…meaning a lot of things…near the unplayable region…

Ok…its a protection spell…nothing special…

WAHH this card is…eh…6 mana…i suppose its great in limited.

Yes a card that moves charge counters…note it’s CHARGE counters…

Wow…return a sword and then…no wait that bad, your suppose to return sword of vengeance, and THEN wack with haste.

Oh..this creature looks interesting…6 mana is an eyesore for it though, decent abilities…not sure how to abuse it quite yet…or if its even possible…

Well this set is shaping up to be interesting…some of the rares are a lot better than the mythics, excluding the sword…

Tada, release party promo…oh this card is defiently interesting…i would like to copy anything my opponent has…
Ok what you do is, you flash the flash myr in then you play this card copying their gideon jura,
And it can be played in any deck for a cheap 3 mana curve…wow this card is quite nice…standard is defiently not going to be the same after this set…

Much like the mirran metal common…except its more playable in non green decks…and you can actually represent this with mana tapped out…sheesh free spells these days…

ITS A NEW FREAKING SWORD OF PLOW…wait my bad…
hmm at least the flavour text is interesting…but the card itself is not as good as it looks UNLESS you have the metalcraft…bloody uncommon as well…so at least this can be abused a lot in limited…BUT its a build around me card?  Maybe mono white metal wheenie will come back ?…ok…maybe not…well caw-blade has another removal spell…since they have 3 swords on the field at all times XD

YES its an infectious defender, not a bad infect card indeed…its like a phyrexian juggernaught…cept it does not need to attack…but its blue…no that isnt really a down side…

Wow…this looks like a REALLY good card…and most likely it is…and im not seeing it properly enough… so what you do is you deal -2/-2 to a creature and proliferate your jace…and DEN…

Oh this card is good…too bad its uncommon…but its good…+2/+2 is usually disguisting on anything cept a myr…but doesnt look like they will be heading back for this set…well at least not in numbers.

This thing is a common?  Wow…lets all make a golem deck…no wait lets not…decent card in limited for fatty deck…

Slash panther, erm its a decent card…i dont actually see a time its worth paying the red mana for this 4/2 haste creature…unless you really cant afford the 2 life…

Woo, its unblockable for 2 life…so they lose 2 and you lose 2…Wait why would you do that…
